Resolved Question: Honest question-Is it possible that when Obama wanted to visit the 57 states?

he was in fact speaking of the 50 states plus D.C (51) and all of the other U.S. territories that are allowed to vote in the primaries (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Swain Islands)?
